CHALLENGE

Rejuvime Medical focuses on anti-aging treatments to help men & women enjoy a life free of age-related hormonal imbalances. The have facilities based in both Baton Rouge & Metairie and decided it was time to bring their services to Shreveport! Rejuvime Medical acquired a suite in Pierremont Mall.

The previous tenant was Sylvan Learning, a tutoring & test prep service for kids. The suite had a large open space towards the back along with a few private rooms. The walls were bright orange & green, and the floor was green as well. Needless to say, this did not fit the needs of Rejuvime Medical, so they contacted Martin Specialty Coatings to renovate the space!

SOLUTION

A full interior demolition of all walls & ceilings was needed to achieve the look Rejuvime Medical was looking for. After demolition, four patient rooms, three offices, a breakroom, a lab, and a new restroom were crafted. New ceiling tiles were installed, and custom millwork was done in the lobby, patient rooms, and nurses’ station. To complete their new space, new flooring was installed, and the interior received a fresh coat of paint to match their branding.
