CHALLENGE
Noel Memorial Library was experiencing water damage inside of their facility. This was caused by the failure of their existing joint sealants. This failure can occur for several different reasons and if not corrected it can cause serious damage.
SOLUTION
Martin was able to remove the existing sealants and replace them with a urethane solution. In addition, the building was washed with a chemical cleaner, and a silane sealer was applied to eliminate moisture intrusion into the brick.
