Employment Listings: Industrial Journeyman

 A jouneyman is someone who can work independently or with in a team and fully understands the steps required for successful completion of a project. They should have a strong working knowledge of surface prep standards, airless and conventional spraying, and abrasive blasting. Good Communication, leadership, problem solving and organizational skill are a plus. Core Competancies must include - Adaptable/Coachable, Committed/Competitive/Passionate, Innovative, Integrity, Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic.
