My name is Kipp, and I have been with the company since 2022. I am the Director of Health, Safety & Quality for MSC. I am responsible for the oversight and management of MSC’s Safety and Quality programs. I work closely with our Leaders and employees to create an industry’s best culture of safety and quality. I have 25+ years of safety, quality and consulting experience. During my career I have worked with Fortune 500 companies like Boise Cascade, Caesar’s Entertainment and Weyerhaeuser.

I am a AMPP Certified Coatings Inspector as well as SSPC Concrete Coatings Inspector Level 2. I am an Authorized OSHA Instructor for 1926-Construction and certified First Aid/CPR Instructor. I received my Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University in 2012.

Prior to working for MSC, I worked with MSC as a consultant providing training in areas of safety, leadership, and culture. I recognized that Martin was a great company to work with and for. When the opportunity to join MSC was made available I did not hesitate to join the team. MSC’s culture is built around family and that family matters.
