I started at MSC in 2008 as a commercial journeyman and worked my way up to our Facility Maintenance Project Manager. I have worked in the paint industry for 35+ years, starting with my family at 14 years old. I primarily work with property and facility managers to schedule repairs and maintenance of their facilities, while also assisting other Martin Project Managers with commercial projects ranging in size and scope of 50K to 3M dollars. Working at Martin Specialty Coatings has given me the opportunity to expand my skill set by obtaining multiple industry certificates, including Architectural Coatings Specialist and Architectural Coating Technologist from MPI (Master Painting Institute).
